Can I test drive it first?

If you are satisfied with the answers then you can proceed with the sale but always look for any rust on the frame. Rust is indicative of a poorly cared for buggy which can mean trouble for you down the road. Always test drive to make sure the brakes and steering are in tact and responsive. Smell the oil to see if it smells like gas. If so then go to the next buggy because that one has a leak internally that will almost always cost you a fortune.
